Corrections Policy
Our commitment to accuracy and transparent error handling
Our Commitment
Peoplense is committed to providing accurate, well-sourced information about Performance Management Systems. When errors occur — whether in our AI-generated analysis, source attribution, or factual content — we correct them promptly and transparently. We believe that acknowledging mistakes strengthens trust, not weakens it.
Types of Corrections
Minor Correction
Typographical errors, broken links, or minor formatting issues.
Action: Fixed silently without a correction notice. No change to article substance.
Factual Correction
Incorrect data points, misattributed quotes, wrong dates, or inaccurate statistics in AI analysis.
Action: Article is updated with a visible correction notice stating what was changed and when.
Significant Revision
Material errors that change the meaning or conclusions of the analysis.
Action: Article is flagged, AI analysis is regenerated, and a detailed revision notice is added. The original analysis may be preserved for transparency.
Retraction
Source article is found to be fabricated, retracted by its publisher, or fundamentally unreliable.
Action: Article is removed from the active library with a retraction notice explaining why.
AI Analysis Accuracy
All AI-generated analysis (executive summaries, key findings, practical implications, and suggested next steps) is produced by an AI language model. Each summary undergoes automated fact validation — we extract named entities (people, organizations, numbers) from the AI output and cross-reference them against the original article text. Despite this, AI analysis may occasionally:
- • Oversimplify nuanced research findings
- • Miss context that requires domain expertise to interpret
- • Generate implications that, while plausible, are not directly stated in the source
We encourage readers to always consult the original source article (linked on every article page) for the full context. AI analysis is a starting point for exploration, not a substitute for reading the original research.
Correction Timeline
Report an Error
If you spot an error in any article, analysis, or data on this platform, please let us know:
Option 1: Use our feedback form and describe the error with the article title or URL.
Option 2: Use our contact form — select "Report an Error / Correction" as the topic and include the article link.
We review all correction requests and aim to acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
Publisher Removal Requests
Peoplense summarizes articles from publicly-available RSS feeds and links back to each original source. We operate in good faith under a fair-use / citation model similar to aggregators like Feedly, Perplexity, and academic research databases.
If you are a publisher and you'd like your content removed from Peoplense:
- Email info@peoplense.com from a verifiable publisher address, with the domain or URLs you'd like removed.
- We acknowledge within 24 hours and complete removal within 48 hours.
- The source is added to our permanent blocklist so no future articles are ingested.
- Already-published articles from that source are unpublished from the public site and removed from our search index.
No legal process required — a simple email is enough. We'd rather comply quickly than argue over fair use.
